Abby Leigh

Abby Leigh is a 3yo flashy fawn, who came to us as an owner surrender do to her owner no longer being able to care for her. She started guarding food toys and space and was willing to attack her dog siblings for them. The owner suggested her being by herself but I’m not sure if the guarding can’t be remedied with feeding separately and not free feeding. She’s potty, crate and leash trained she rides great in the car. She is very over weight but loves to play with balls and do zoomies, so with some walks, play time and not free feeding she’ll be back to a healthy weight in no time. Cars are iffy but she isn’t trying to kill mine, just super curious. She loves being petted and attention. She hasn’t brought a ball back but chases everything I throw. Because of the guarding of toys and crate I’m recommending older children. She is ready for forever and some couch time, with an active playmate.
