Mr. Harvey is such a sweet gentle soul! He just wants to love and be loved. I will make a guess he could develop into a big time snuggle buddy. He has come into our care done fantastic with our fur babies as well as another foster. He has come with his favorite toy, a basketball, but still trying to figure out how to play with his newfound friends. Mr. Harvey is an amazing boy that I believe will make someone an incredible companion! The only thing that isn’t just positive is he does NOT like cats!
