Maci May is the cutest little spitfire of a girl. She spent the first part of her life in a kennel in a barn with minimal contact surrounded by goats. Her most recent owners have worked with her and she’s settled with them, but their older dog was being dominated by her and it was getting confrontational. This made them have to make the tough decision to surrender her back to us. She does not like masks on people, especially men in hats. She is a very active little girl scared of about everything until she gets used to her surroundings. She bonded very quickly with her foster Mom and seems to bond with females, but is coming around to males. She loves the outdoors especially if there’s a tennis ball involved. It’s good she’s so small as she’s very interested in what’s on the counters and would be a counter suffer. We’ll be working on that very gently because she is so sensitive. She is such a sweetheart and all puppy even though she’s 18 months old. She’s ready for some special family to go on the journey of growing into an adult boxer girl.
