It’s Peanut Butter Jelly time! PBJ came to RDBR because he was going after the neighbors’ dogs with his sibling Yolanda and the family didn’t want the liability or the hassle from the neighbors.
He sits on command and he is crate trained; he went right in and laid down, but barks for several minutes when you leave. He loves big bones, and chased a bone–but bringing it back is a different story, Ha! He’s a gorgeous big boy who doesn’t know his own strength. He is a bit hand shy and ducks every time you put the leash on him but we practice several times a day so he’ll pick it up. He’s also working on “wait” before he enters and leaves. He rode well in the transporter’s car.
This gorgeous boy is ready for forever with someone with no other dogs. He does get along with the female he came in with but he has a history of not getting along with other dogs.
